In honor of the Nationwide Open House, this coming weekend...
One of the easiest and best ways to find an Open House in Columbus, Oh is Realtor.com. It is actually one of the only ways to find all Open Houses by different brokerages. Each individual brokerages websites will list their Open Houses separately. For example, to find an HER Open House, click here, but why limit your options?
To find Open House's on www.Realtor.com, from the home page, under "Find Homes", click on "Advanced Search", on the left hand column of the pop up menu, click on "Display Options" and click the box under "Sort By" for "Open House Date" and you're done. Or, if you have an iPhone, you can download probably the best and easiest Real Estate App to date, the Realtor.com Iphone Real Estate App (and it's free) which will locate Open House from your GPS location or by entering a custom search.
Many Realtors load thier Open House's on Realtor.com but, keep in mind, just like on any other website, the Realtor has to actually enter the Open House manually on Realtor.com. so the tool is as only as good as the people who contribute to it.
