End of Season Landscape Purchasing

One of the ways to easily make your home more attractive is through landscaping. Often overlooked until the last minute, landscaping can make or break a properties appeal, and the more mature the landscaping the better. If you are planning to sell your home (whether now or in the next year or so) or just looking to make it more attractive, one of the more affordable options is to buy at the end of the season. I stopped in at Oakland Park Nursery two days ago and currently a large assortment of trees and plants were 50% off. A huge Vining Passion Flower (pictured above) was 50% or approx $20. A large hydrangea in full bloom was about $30. So, if you are looking to add appeal to your home...now is the time to start looking for deals at your local nursery or home improvement store.

Hi,

I agree that if you are planning to sell your home (whether now or in the next year or so) or just looking to make it more attractive, one of the more affordable options is to buy at the end of the season.
