Clients Townhome in Marble Cliff

Clients moving from Chicago were looking for a Townhome in the Downtown Area immediately fell in love with Prescott Place in Marble Cliff right outside Grandview Heights. Since the home was unfinished we had to select all of the finishes on their first visit to avoid making multiple trips back and forth from Chicago. As part of the process, I scheduled weekly trips to the site to document the build out process to send to them and these are some of the photos from those visits.

On their first visit, we sat down and selected every finish for the home

First week, trims were delivered and installed

Wood spindles were included, we opted to custom upgrade to iron

We selected a subtle hand-scraped wood floor for the living areas

Painted Trims

Stained railing and painted trim

Fireplace with limestone mantle and granite surround

Carpet installed

Kitchen cabinets installed

Granite and appliances installed

Cooktop installed

Bath tile and carpet meet in the Owners Bath

This is a page from the purchase contract where we decided in the Owner's Bath to remove the tub they would never use and add custom built in's for additional closet space. What was great about this was that we discussed it, I went home and made the drawing and sent it to them to review on their iPad while during the drive back to Chicago and they were able to sign off on it.

Tub is removed

Custom cabinets are installed

Final result

Owners Bath granite and installed
