I had forgotten that I had received a phone call from a writer for Realtor Magazine about a Blog entry I wrote awhile ago,"Bring Back The "Murphy Bed"!" which was basically my surprise with all of the condos on the market under 100 sqft, that developers were not offering Murphy beds as an option or upgrade (it is basically cabinetry after all).According to the Realtor.org article, they are making a comeback, read the article here.
