What I am working on...

Buyers- A 1920's Georgian Revival Style Home in Central Bexley. A beautiful house that will require the new owners a lot of work, but it will be well worth it. The home features: original hardwood floors, spacious rooms, enormous windows, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a finished 3rd floor and more. Closing in mid January 2007. I can't wait to see what they do with this home.

Buyer- A new home in Harrison Park. This has been interesting. I have not been through the selection process for a newly built home. The expected completion date is Summer 2007. This evening my client has scheduled a designer to view her current home and then help with the color selections at the Harrison Park Model.

Buyers- A German Village Home converted to an Office. This will be closing in early January. When we walked in, we knew it was perfect. It has porthole windows, curved walls, etc. and is an amazing location for my clients... they can walk to work.

There's more... but, I do not want to jinx them. I will add them as they go thru.

My advice would be find a Buyer's Agent and set up a search. Most agents can program a search online which makes a website for you to be able to look at homes online.
