William Robbins, a licensed realtor since 2005, is an agent/owner with the Gledhill Robbins & Talis Group of HER Realtors. Before entering into Real Estate, William had 12 years of background in Visual Merchandising, Management and Customer Service with Banana Republic/ Gap Inc. From that experience, he put into practice on a daily basis that presentation, product knowledge, tracking of sales trends and customer service are key to running a successful and productive retail business. By applying the same philosophy to Real Estate, William has seen the same success. Since 2005, he has studied and been among the first in the Columbus market to utilize trends in Real Estate technology, photography and marketing, handling marketing not only for himself, but also being a resource for other agents. William has experience in Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Relocation, New Construction, Condos, Investment, HUD homes, Short Sales, REO/ Bank Owned Propeties and more.
William moved from Cincinnati to the Columbus Metro Area in 2000. Since then, he has called Olde Towne East, German Village and Merion Village “home” and since 2004, resides in Schumacher Place. He lives with his partner, Todd, his Pug Lil’P and his Shar Pei/ Pug Mix, Gus. William has an interest in/ earned an Associates Degree in Photography and collects vintage 35mm, medium format and large format cameras.
